About these sites
p2driven.com and enneagram.p2driven.com share information about P²-Driven coaching with Jesse Hardy, the book Your Purpose & Principle Driven Life 2.0, and related resources such as articles, book chapters, and companion videos.
Coaching is not counseling
Coaching looks forward, toward what you want to build. It is not counseling or therapy. If counseling would serve you better, Jesse will tell you.
Forms and emails
When you submit a form on our sites, you receive what that form describes, such as the book chapters or access to the book videos. How we use the information you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
Links to other sites
Our sites link to other websites, including Amazon for book purchases, YouTube for videos, and our scheduling and payment providers. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Part 2
Enneagram purchase terms
These terms apply to the Individual and Couples Enneagram debriefs and coaching packages sold through enneagram.p2driven.com. Each checkout page shows the product, what it includes, and the price before you pay.
What happens after you buy
- Your assessment comes first. Jesse arranges your iEQ9 invitation, and our assessment provider, Integrative9, emails your personal questionnaire link to the email address you used at checkout.
- Couples purchases include two assessments. When you have chosen your second participant, reply to your order confirmation with their full name and email address, and Jesse will arrange their invitation.
- Once your report is ready (for Couples, once both results are ready), Jesse will contact you to schedule your debrief.
- With a package, the debrief is your first session, and you keep working through your Workbook with Jesse.
- You receive an order confirmation email and a separate payment receipt.
Debrief credit toward a package
If you buy a debrief first, booking a Four- or Twelve-Session package within 30 days takes the debrief price off the package total: $500 for the Individual debrief, $750 for the Couples debrief.
Refunds and rescheduling
This is the same language shown at checkout.
Individual purchases: Full refund if no assessment is taken. After that, the $500 assessment and completed sessions are deducted; the rest is refunded. 48 hours' notice to reschedule. No expiration.
Couples purchases: Full refund if no assessment is taken. Otherwise $500 for one assessment, $750 for both, plus completed sessions are deducted. 48 hours' notice to reschedule. No expiration.
Please give at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule, and Jesse will work with you if something comes up. Packages do not expire.

Payments and your information
Payments are processed by Stripe on our checkout pages. The iEQ9 assessment is completed on Integrative9's platform. Our Privacy Policy explains what information these steps involve.
